SHIPPING - IT DOES NOT COST 42c
I place a stiffener in every purchase to protect card. This places these shipments into a different category; it is now a parcel by USPS regulations. A 4 ounce shipment starts at $1.51US + .18c delivery confirmation. This equals $1.69US, 20c for an envelope and 15c for printed label. My cost is $2.04 + time, effort, driving, finding stiffeners, etc.. I enjoy doing it though. If you would rather I just spend 42c, I can just slip the card into an envelope and you'll take your chances.
CHANGES
By the end of October I will no longer accept Checks or money orders. This is e-Bays new standards. All payments will be electronic or it can still be done in person.
REFUNDS
I'll take back anything, as long as it is in the exact same condition as sent, for full refund. That means you need to send it back in the same shipping manner as I sent it. (Not hard to tell since we all have pictures.) Refund will issued after I receive it. I limit the return window to seven (7) days.

I try to make all sales important. BUT, I am far from perfect and make mistakes. Usually it is caused by trying to do things quickly. Please talk to me first. I will try to resolve all issues so we can both be satisfied. Most shipments go out the next (sometimes the same) day. If it is held up, it is because I can't find an appropriate size box or shipping material. I strive to always have 5 stars on your feedback - it is important because e-Bay sets high standards and less than 5 stars drops my standings.
