My Auction and store listing terms, conditions and payment requirements(updated August 2008)--By purchasing or bidding on my listings, the buyer must agree to the following terms, so read carefully, I'll try to make it as short as possible--
Combined SH for multiple items--
One payment for all your items must be made to combine items for the cheapest reduced SH charges. If you plan on bidding on other items, DO NOT make your payment or complete the eBay checkout process until all items end(In otherwards, don't click the "Pay Now" until you are sure you are done buying or bidding). I will combine purchases over 7 days or so, I will update invoices each evening you win/purchase other items. I will combine purchases with multiple Paypal payments, but each additional Paypal payment will incur a $.30 charge, my cost per Paypal transaction.
SH will be combined as follows--Highest Price item SH first, each additional card set $2.00, each additional card or small lot (10 cards/lot or less) $.50, unless marked differently in the item listing. Larger lots than this, the SH for them will be listed in the auction or store listing.
Additional SH discounts for 10 purchases or more($.10 SH discount each item). Also, I will give an additional SH discout for 5 or more "Buy-it Now" or Store listings($.10 to $.15 per item depending on number of purchases, 30 items will net you a $.15 SH discount). You must allow me to invoice you to receive these additional discounts. The eBay invoice will combine up to 40 different item listings on one invoice, more purchases than this will be handled on multiple invoices.
Make sure and use the "Store Search" at the top of the left side of this listing and enter the name of your favorite driver or card set, this way you will find all of my listings you might be looking for. I may have missed putting it in the right category or may be listed in a lot. SH per item is cheaper if you can combine more item purchases with a single shipment and payment!!
My bidding and payment requirements--
Payment is due at purchase. Only exception is if you plan on bidding on other items, an email from the buyer would be appreciated to let me know this. 7 days is acceptable for all payments. If you cannot pay within these terms, you need to contact me by email or you probably better not bid or purchase. Non paying bidder alerts will be filed after 10 days. I reserve the right to cancel or block bids from any bidder with low or poor feedback or if you have received unpaid item strikes.
Payment in U.S. funds only. As of October 2008, Paypal is the only option that eBay will allow me to advertise as a payment method. Although this action by eBay is possibly illegal under U.S. law since they are only a venue for other parties to sell, I will do my best to comply with these eBay terms as of now. Other payment forms may be accepted by me, however the buyer must request another payment option by email. I will then contact you back if acceptable, but please contact me first before bidding/buying if you wish to use anything besides Paypal.
Insurance is optional, but is recommended.
Shipping--
USPS first class mail with Delivery Confirmation in the U.S.
Out of the U.S., USPS first class international. International buyers will be responsible for your country's Custom's charges, if applicable.
Invoices and Emails--
Invoices for purchases and update invoices(for buyers still bidding on other items) will generally be sent after my evening's auctions end. Emails will also be answered usually within 24 hours or less, again usually in the evening. I am usually only around the computer in the evening, so please be patient. Paypal payments, you will receive a response to your Paypal email address with a confirmation of payment email from me along with an email from Paypal with your USPS delivery confirmation tracking info.
