This auction is for a 1978 Topps #20 Pete Rose which has been graded a SGC 92 (8.5).
Payment by paypal, check, money order, etc. Shipping prices listed below and most items ship on receipt of payment. Win additional items and pay only a buck extra per item for multiple items shipped and paid for together on the s/h, slightly more for larger items or lots. Any International order over twenty dollars will have a shipping and handling rate of twenty-five dollars as it is more expensive to track intl items which have to be done now due to paypal rules IF paying with paypal. This is our actual costs and depending on where item is being shipped it actually might cost us more then that as well. We can accept other forms of payments in order to ship for only 3.95 at "your own risk", but am non-negotiable on paypal shipping rates so if that is not acceptable please dont waste both our time. Additional intl paypal items will vary due to location, size, weight etc but should be somewhere around two - five dollars extra but you will only get exact amount when emailing with exact location being shipped to and exact item(s) won/about to be won so depending on all factors might be more then five bucks.
With eBay now making paypal pretty much mandatory for all buyers, and paypal pretty much giving the buyers automatic insurance through us the seller no matter what is written into the description, we will now require any item selling for more then twenty-five dollars to purchase insurance at usps rates. If the item sells for twenty-five or lower it is optional at your request, if the item sells for twenty-five dollars and a penny or more, it is required as we, the seller have to insure the item anyway so the cost is just being passed along to you thanks in large part to all the new eBay and paypal rules and regulations put onto us the seller. Also we will no longer refund any s/h/i charges for any reason. If you do not agree to any of the items listed here, do not bid as if you win the auction we will expect you to follow these terms and pay your fair share of all these added perks being given to the buyer and fees added to us the seller. Many items will be insured by a third party to ensure quicker reimbursement in case something does happen to your package as the usps takes over 3 months to reimburse on items over fifty dollars and we would not want to wait that long so I'm guessing neither would you. All insurance rates listed at bottom of auction in "Seller's payment insturctions" section. If you win multiple items the insurance rate will be based on the combined value of all items won being shipped and paid for together so we will leave all auction checkouts open and optional so to be able to be adjusted by you. Invoices are usually sent within minutes but might take as long as twelve hours and will give you the proper total needed to be paid. If you pay for your item and do not include the proper s/h or insurance your payment will be refunded and item will not be shipped until the proper amount is paid. Also all non-paying bidders will be filed on record with eBay for not following the payment instructions.
