POSTAL MONEY ORDERS: We accept Postal Money Orders in US Dollars. Please make sure to keep your receipt or money order stub for your records.

PACKING INFORMATION
We follow shipping guidelines for each courier. We use only professional packing materials including bubblewrap, packing peanuts. We do this to ensure safe delivery of your item. All of our shipping rates include packing materials and shipping charges. Items shipped via USPS Priority Mail include Delivery Confirmation (Insurance extra). Items shipped via Fed Ex Ground include $100 insurance (additional insurance extra) and tracking.
SHIPPING DISCOUNTS
We offer Shipping Discounts for additional items. Please email me with each auction # and zip code or shipping country so that I can give you the proper rate. Note: Not all items can be combined in the same package due to dimension restrictions.
USA SHIPPING
PAYPAL PAYMENTS: We ONLY ship to the confirmed registered address with your payment. If you require shipping to an alternate address, please read our payment alternatives under the PAYMENT POLICIES section.
All of our items are shipped using either USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground. Our shipping rates include packing materials and handling charges. Note: We reserve the right to change couriers if we are experiencing problems, shipping quotes change, or we find one courier offers faster or better quality service for your item.
LOCAL PICK UPS: We will gladly accommodate local pick ups in the Portland, Oregon area. Please email us to make arrangements.

BIDDING POLICY: Please do not bid if you cannot be responsible to pay for your item. Late or Non-payment may result in negative feedback.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for our items. If you have a problem with your shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
INSURANCE CLAIMS: If you receive an item that was damaged in transit and insurance coverage was purchased or included, please email us immediately. To expedite your claim please include the auction title number and a description (and photos if possible) of the damage. Keep all packing materials and box. We will gladly submit the claim on your behalf. Claim decisions are at the sole discretion of the Shipping Companies investigation and final conclusion. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit that were packaged within the Shipping Companies guidelines.
