Summary of My Selling Policies
Payment I accept Paypal, personal checks, and money orders. If paying with a check or money order I reserve the right to delay shipping to allow the payment to clear the bank.
Fees Buyer is responsible for 13% sales tax on vacation rentals.
Shipping No shipping charges on vacation rentals. I use the United States Postal Service for most packages.
Delivery I typically ship within 3 days. When I ship your item, I will leave you feedback stating the approximate date your item was shipped.
Refunds Returns No refunds on "As-Is" items. Other items may be returned with a refund on the purchase price minus the amount of the fees charged by ebay. If an item is damaged during shipment I will ship another item after I receive the item back, or refund your payment.
