CONFIRMATION/INSURANCE: I apologize for this but I am getting way too many bogus Item Not Recieved Disputes and when people steal, we all lose. I have to re-instate my required $1 per package (not per item) Confirmation/Insurance fee. I used to refund close to $100 a month for my first six months, then made this required and only refunded 1 lost package a month. Then Ebay pressured me to stop charging this because of my feedback rating on shipping costs, so I eliminated it for the past 2 months - I have refunded over $200 so far! Not to mention I paid for the item, and paid to ship the item. So I lost over $300 to thieves. As a trade-off, I have lowered my Additional Item Shipping Discount. So the more you buy, the more you save.
SHIPPING TIME: I tend to ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. I am a one man show and do my best to get the items out as quickly as possible, but I do have another job and my Ebay listings are a lot of work. Thanks for understanding and for your patience.
