SHIPPING:

We take Special Care of Your Items when shipping them to you.
As an added precaution - All of our Hats are shipped in Crush Proof Boxes! Guaranteed to be in excellent condition, out of the box.
Payment must be received within 7 days of auctions end. Items generally leave our warehouse within 2 Business Days of your cleared payment. Shipping options and transit times are available at the bottom of this page in the "Shipping, payment details and return policy" section. Weekends and Holidays are not considered Transit Days.
SHIPPING:
We do offer combined shipping discounts. We take the highest shipping price on any item and then add $5.99 for each additional item.
DOMESTIC:
All orders under a pound will be shipped USPS First Class.
All orders over a pound will be shipped Fedex Ground.
FedEx Overnight - $40.00 and each additional item $9.99.
INTERNATIONAL:
International Shipping - Canada $16.99; $8.00 for each additional items.
International Shipping - All other Countries are $22.00; $8.00 for each additional items.
Please be advised that all international shipping may take up to 15 - 20 business days for delivery due to custom clearance.
International Shipping - Winner is responsible for All Taxes and Duties. Im sorry but we cannot ship items as gifts.
PAYPAL PAYMENTS:
Please make sure that your shipping address is updated in PayPal at the time of payment. Your PayPal payment address will automatically become your ship to address. MAIL IN PAYMENTS:
If you intend on mailing in your payment, we have to request that you click on the "Pay Now" button after you have won or the direct link in your winning email and enter your shipping information into our Ebay Authorized Payment System within 3 days of the end of the auction. That way we can begin processing your order with the correct shipping information and have your item ready to ship when your payment arrives.
Mail In Payments Must Include Your Ebay ID And Auction # with the payment. We cannot ship your item(s) without that information.

How Much Time Do I Have To Pay?
We must receive a Cashier Check, Money Order, or PayPal payment within 7 days from the end of the auction. Items will be re-listed after 7 days and non-paying bidder process will begin.
SALES TAX: Nevada residents must include sales tax of 7.75% Plus a $3.00 pick up fee per item.
REFUNDS AND CREDITS:
The winner of this auction will receive the listed item above. Sorry but there are no refunds for other sizes, colors, or players for correct items received. In store credit will be offered to you.
Any credits that may have been issued for any problem orders are only valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Please be advised that should you choose to return an item that is correct with or without notifying Customer Service there will be a $10.00 restocking fee per item.
EXCHANGES RETURNS:
We accept exchanges. Exchanges for new items will require payment by the buyer for reshipment. Also, items that you are returning back for the exchange will have to be in the same condition as when it was shipped and with all tags attached. All exchanges must be done within 15 days from the day item was received. You are also responsible for shipping cost both ways.
If a package is returned unclaimed per the Postal Service or Fedex you will need to repay the shipping cost. If you choose not to have the package reshipped there will be a $10.00 per item restocking fee assessed.
We have a staff that works very hard to get your items to you. We ship 100's of items a day and there are times that a mistake in shipping may happen. Please notify us as soon as possible if this happens and we will do everything possible to correct the mistake.
