PAYMENT: Pay Pal is preferred. I also will accept money orders and cashier’s checks, but please contact me before you send it. Payment is due within 3 days from the end of the auction. Do not pay for item until I have sent you an invoice, especially if you are buying multiple items from me.
INSURANCE: Insurance is required on any item won that is fragile or of high value. This is to ensure that the item will arrive promptly and safely. If buyer won more than one item and combine shipping, you only need to buy insurance once on combined total of items. Do not buy insurance on shipping and handling amount. If the item is damaged, I will refund your money after I receive the item back due to the fact that the post office requires proof and needs to see the item when filing a claim. I am not responsible for any loss or damage if buyer does not buy insurance. I list all items with the option to buy insurance if it’s not required.
SHIPPING HANDLING: Items will be shipped within 1-3 days after payment is received and confirmed. I go to the post office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Most items will be shipped parcel post, first class or priority mail via USPS. I charge a $2.00 handling fee to cover gas, materials and delivery confirmation. For combined shipping: PLEASE wait for an invoice to be sent before paying. I will figure the shipping charge after all the auctions have ended that you are bidding on and will send you an invoice with a discount on the shipping according to the weight, box size and location it is being shipped to. Only 1 handling charge will be charged. If an item is returned by the post office because of a bad address, no mail box, undeliverable, etc; you will be responsible for the extra postage to reship item. If you request a refund after this has happened, you will pay a 15% restock fee due to the fact that I could have sold it to someone else.
RETURN POLICY: If returns are approved on an item, you may return it within 3 days after receiving it. I will refund your money MINUS eBay fees, Pay Pal fees, shipping and handling costs and only if item is returned in same condition as shipped.
